Shipping Policy

Shipping can take up to 14 days on print products. This time is to allow the carrier to collect / the printer to print if an item is not immediately stock / or Alex to navigate art fair and studio commitments. Please bear in mind I am a one person band and thank you in advance for your patience!

Print Products:

Shipping print products within the UK is typically via Royal Mail and under £15. Shipping to Europe is between £4.40 – £20 depending on the product. Sending to the US is more complicated and I am still working this out on a case by case basis.

Art works:

Shipping art works is more complicated and depends on final destination + weight + size. When you decide to buy an artwork I will get two different quotes on shipping your chosen painting to you and will liaise with you to select the best option. After we have agreed this then I will send you an invoice with a breakdown of the cost of artwork + shipping. Please see above for returns policy. Customers are liable for all shipping costs.

Returns Policy

Buying online can be slightly daunting, therefore I offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee. Buy from me, live with your chosen print product or artwork for 7 days and if you are not entirely happy, return it in the same condition it arrived and you will be fully refunded. Unfortunately if the cellophane packaging has been opened I am unable to accept a return. This is because prints need to have limited handling to minimise any acid from fingers getting onto the paper as this can discolour the print in the longer term.

Provided the artwork is in the same condition, up to 14 days from date of purchase you can return the artwork for a credit note or exchange it for an artwork of the same size and value.

Please note that this does not apply where framing of an artwork has been requested. In this instance the cost of framing will be deducted first. 

The customer is liable for all shipping costs.

*These terms are not applicable for commissions. For commissioned works Alex + client will discuss and agree specific terms that both parties will sign prior to commencing the commission.
